Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is collected when you visit MuseCodes and how it is used. Last updated October 27, 2026.
Information we collect
We don’t ask you to create an account, and we don’t collect your name or email unless you email us yourself.
- Code feedback: when you tap “Yes, it worked” or “No, it didn’t”, we record the vote and the time. To prevent repeated votes, your IP address is stored temporarily with the vote and automatically deleted after 12 hours. Your browser also remembers which codes you voted on, using local storage on your device.
- Server logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
- Emails: if you contact us, we use your email address only to reply.

Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies at aboutads.info. For more on how Google uses data, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. To ask about any information we hold, contact us.
